Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of work-related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
  • Drug screen and criminal clearances

Nice To Haves

  • Some college-level coursework preferred
  • Medium/heavy-duty truck experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs
  • Achieving assigned sales goals
  • Stocking shelves
  • Checking in and shipping parts to customers
  • Maintaining core control
  • Handling incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
  • Assisting in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area, and catalogs, etc.
  • Keeping current with new products and promotions
