Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of work-related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
- Drug screen and criminal clearances
Nice To Haves
- Some college-level coursework preferred
- Medium/heavy-duty truck experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs
- Achieving assigned sales goals
- Stocking shelves
- Checking in and shipping parts to customers
- Maintaining core control
- Handling incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Assisting in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area, and catalogs, etc.
- Keeping current with new products and promotions
