Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive parts or sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the parts purchasing process with confidence and accuracy
- Assist both retail and wholesale customers in finding the right parts and accessories
- Partner with the Parts Manager to quickly source and secure out-of-stock items
- Manage special orders from request to delivery, keeping customers informed every step of the way
- Support service technicians by locating and delivering parts quickly to keep repairs on track
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Keep inventory organized, accurate, and fully stocked
- Maintain a friendly, team-first attitude while upholding company standards
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
