Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone promptly and courteously.
Understand customer needs to identify and locate required parts.
Use the computerized inventory system to check availability and place orders as needed.
Work with service technicians to determine the correct parts for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of parts orders and sales, including tracking back-ordered and special-order items.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to meet demand.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Keep the parts department and work area clean and organized.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
