About The Position

Honda of Marysville (HOFM) is seeking a motivated and high-performing Parts Counterperson to join their busy, growing dealership. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role focused on moving parts quickly and efficiently for technicians, service advisors, and customers. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Requirements

• Parts experience preferred (Honda experience is a big plus)
• Thick skin. Sharp mind. Faster hands

Responsibilities

• Move parts FAST for techs, service advisors, and customers
• Dominate Honda OEM systems and catalogs
• Keep the shop moving—downtime is the enemy
• Own your counter like it’s YOUR business
• Solve problems, not create them
