Requirements
- Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Previous automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail customers, shop technicians, and wholesale accounts in identifying and purchasing required Ford parts and accessories.
- Lookup parts using digital catalog systems and assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing.
- Handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, and process orders promptly.
- Receive, inspect, and unbox incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
