Requirements

• Strong customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and purchases, ensuring they receive the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Locate and source parts from inventory, vendors, dealerships, or online suppliers.
• Process orders and arrange customer pickups or deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure technicians have the necessary parts for repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
