About The Position
Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Salesperson to support our high-volume service and retail operations. This role is ideal for a parts professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding internal and external customer service. Requirements
- Prior dealership parts counter experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and components
- Ford parts experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Accurately identify, price, and invoice parts using dealership software
- Maintain strong knowledge of Ford parts, accessories, and supersessions
- Ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests to support service department efficiency
- Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory and counter area
- Handle phone and in-person customer requests professionally and promptly
- Follow all dealership processes, safety guidelines, and manufacturer requirements
