About The Position

Overall responsibility and accountability for all aspects of customer service, including parts research, inventory research/reconciliation/purchase/returns, and all parts tracking. Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, manufacturers, and co-workers. Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns, ensuring problems are corrected to the customer's satisfaction. Maintain and build positive relationships with customers. Demonstrate courteous customer service phone conversation and listening skills. Treat customers with fairness and honesty, demonstrating our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. Inventory management for optimal turns and first-time fix. Cycle counts, physical counts. Properly follow the daily outline of assigned tasks associated with the flow of customer parts and service, but not limited to parts duties only. Run daily reports to determine open jobs and assign all parts used on jobs. Verify parts numbers. Accurately verify all work order checklists and warehouse reports have been completed and turned in as designed. Accurately complete and submit all paperwork and tracking for parts, inventory, and billing support. Accurately record and report any variances on parts inventories by warehouse. Return authorizations. Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times. Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested.
