Requirements

Knowledge of parts
Demonstration of ability to research parts
Knowledge of procedures
Active listener with good communication skills
Proficient computer skills a plus, also to include Microsoft Office skills
Fast data entry
Good organizational skills, Multi-tasking, Time management, Communication skills
Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop and some occasions lifting up to 75 lbs.
High School Diploma
Be willing to do additional duties that arise, be flexible, Team player

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility and accountability for all aspects of customer service, including parts research, inventory research/reconciliation/purchase/returns, all parts tracking.
Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, manufacturers and co-workers.
Assist handling customer complaints and concerns in making sure the problem is corrected to customers satisfaction.
Maintain and build positive relationships with customers.
Demonstrate courteous customer service phone conversation and listening skills.
Treat customers with fairness and honesty, demonstrating our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
Inventory management for optimal turns and first time fix. Cycle counts, physical counts
Properly follow daily outline of assigned task associated with the flow of customer parts and service but not limited to parts duties only.
Run daily reports to determine open jobs and assign all parts used on jobs. Verify parts numbers.
Accurately verify all work order checklists and warehouse reports have been completed and turned in as designed.
Accurately complete and submit all paperwork and tracking for parts, inventory and billing support.
Accurately record and report any variances on parts inventories by warehouse. Return authorizations.
Maintain a neat professional appearance at all times.
Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested.
