About The Position

Palm Beach Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our team and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Parts Counter Representative, you'll support both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts--contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent and one-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one year's experience working in the service drive or at an auto parts retailer or wholesaler.
  • ASE Certification
  • i-Car Certification
  • Specific manufacturer's certification

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding parts questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
  • Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
