About The Position

Rydell Honda Nissan, a leading automotive retailer in North Dakota, is seeking flexible and qualified candidates to join their growing Parts team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enter the automotive industry with competitive pay and a positive work culture. The primary responsibility is to quote and sell automotive parts to customers for Main Shop sales, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts to internal departments like PDQ (Oil & Lube) and the Main Shop.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell and process Service department automotive parts
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with company standards
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
• Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
