Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Parts Counter at our Coburg, OR branch. From sales to service, parts to administration, our team members are the lifeblood of the Triad Machinery family. The Parts Counter position is responsible for maintaining customer focus while interacting with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous parts experience 2 years plus
• Knowledge of/experience with parts reference sources and materials such as manufacturer manuals, books, internet and ability to effectively use such materials.

Responsibilities

• Process Parts Orders and Quote Requests for External and Internal Customers
• Help Plan and Quote Logistics for External and Internal Customers
• Maintain Customer and Supplier Relations
• Expedite Back Orders for Parts and Open Sales Orders
• Pursue new Business Opportunities through Customer Phone Calls and Site Visits
• Verifying customer credit
• Work collectively with other team members to achieve organizational goals
