Requirements
- Previous parts counter or dealership parts experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, catalogs, and inventory management systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to accurately identify, source, and recommend parts for technicians and customers
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with identifying and ordering the correct parts
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information in person and over the phone
- Pull, stage, and distribute parts orders efficiently to support service operations
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and stock management
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability and efficient workflow
- Support departmental goals while delivering exceptional customer service
