About The Position

We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders, and dump boxes. We operate two production facilities in Ontario, located in Glencoe and Thamesville. We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team in Thamesville. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing parts inventory and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Parts & Service Department.

Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse, parts, or supply chain environment
  • Strong attention to detail in inventory control, labeling, and documentation
  • Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits
  • A high level of accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipment preparation
  • Experience working within an ERP system to manage replenishment, stock levels, and order requirements
  • Strong communication skills across purchasing, sales, service, and shipping teams
  • A commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts from internal and external suppliers
  • Maintain accurate inventory and location control through cycle counts and audits
  • Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts orders with a high level of care and accuracy
  • Manage ERP-driven replenishment and communicate stock issues affecting customer orders
  • Support warranty, service, and quality teams with returns and RMA processes
  • Assist with outbound loading, dunnage preparation, and warehouse organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
