About The Position

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. This role involves obtaining Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) from vendors for parts and communicating this information to Next-Level Support to relay to guests. The coordinator will maintain an inventory of all parts carried by the department, handle FedEx shipping and receiving, close service orders that have been shipped, and complete all Driver Instruction (DI) talks. Additionally, they will maintain the parts department and the parts log.

Requirements

  • GED or equivalent
  • Must be familiar with Outlook 360
  • Must be familiar with Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving all parts.
  • Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
  • Complete all DI- shops within 24 hours (also log them).
  • Maintain parts cage.
  • Maintain parts log.
  • Pull parts for service calls.
  • Fill floor request (parts needed by the stores).
  • Order parts for FCP (3rd party warranty).
  • Get ETAs from Vendors.
  • Communicate ETAs to NLS (Next lever Support).
