The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. This role involves obtaining estimated times of arrival (ETAs) from vendors for parts and communicating this information to Next-Level Support to relay to guests. The coordinator will maintain an inventory of all parts stocked by the department, handle FedEx shipping and receiving, close service orders for shipped items, and complete all Driver Instruction (DI) talks. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the parts department and the parts log.
