About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized inventory of parts, supplies, and materials for maintenance operations. The Parts Clerk will receive, track, and distribute incoming parts, update inventory systems, and support maintenance teams by sourcing parts and coordinating timely delivery. Additionally, they will monitor stock levels, proactively identify replenishment needs, and ensure all documentation, labeling, and records are completed clearly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Capability to manage inventory systems, documentation, and part identification with accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competence in working with maintenance or operational teams to meet equipment needs.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to safe work practices, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
