About The Position
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the person in this role is responsible for analyzing customer requests and preparing complete quotes for replacement parts. This person plays a key role in the sales cycle by providing fast, accurate, and professional service, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth. They work closely with suppliers, sales reps, and the warehouse to ensure requests are managed efficiently.
