About The Position
Vector Fleet Management, an Amerit Fleet Solutions Company, is seeking an Automotive Parts Clerk/Specialist to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers competitive hourly pay, paid weekly, with a range of $16.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. The shift is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays. The role involves working in various conditions, including exposure to heavy traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, chemicals, oils, and greases. The Parts Clerk will need to access all areas of equipment or vehicles, move and position heavy objects, and be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and crawl to perform necessary tasks. The ability to work outside in various weather conditions is also required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive/fleet parts procurement/distribution environment, or a combination of trade school and hands-on experience
- Computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass drug test and background check
- Solid organizational and people skills
Nice To Haves
- OEM/ASE parts certification preferred
- Some automotive/fleet technical background
