About The Position

This position is responsible for ordering all parts from vendors within the region, maintaining contact with factory representatives to ensure timely receipt of parts orders, and processing non-sellable items back to sellable status. The role may also involve secondary duties such as shipping and receiving parts, and preparing merchandise that is missing parts. The Parts Clerk will also assist other departments within the warehouse as needed and perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to learn proper scan gun procedures and care
• Basic computer knowledge to operate Storis
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Order all parts of all entities from vendors within region
• Maintain contact with factory representatives ensuring that all parts orders are being received within allowable range of days
• Maintain current status of all parts orders
• Fulfill secondary duties, such as, but not limited to: ship and receive parts via parcel services, pick, prep, store merchandise missing parts
• Process non-sellable items back to sellable status
• Assist any other departments within the warehouse
• Perform other duties as directed by management
