We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to help our customers maximize uptime, reduce downtime, and keep their equipment performing at its best. This is NOT a desk job. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role where you’ll work directly with customers to help solve problems, build trust, and grow parts and service business within your territory. Requirements

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Prior sales experience preferred (parts/service industry strongly preferred)
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a huge plus
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Must reside within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions
  • Help customers reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • Work closely with Equipment Consultants (sales) and internal teams
  • Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory daily
  • Deliver consultative solutions that separate BEC from the competition
  • Become a trusted advisor customers rely on
