About The Position

At Dick Hannah Toyota in Longview, we’re searching for a business-minded operations leader to oversee our Parts and Service Departments. This is not your typical service manager role. It’s a chance to operate a full-scale business unit within one of the strongest dealership groups in the region. We’re looking for a leader who thinks like a business owner. Someone who can build and execute strategic plans, manage P&L performance, optimize process flow, and lead a team to deliver world-class customer experiences and financial results.

Requirements

Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L.
Proven leadership in driving performance and change.
A track record of process discipline, planning, and execution.
Experience in operations, logistics, service, or similar industries.

Nice To Haves

Automotive or dealership experience, particularly with Toyota.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop our Parts & Service teams (40+ employees) with a focus on accountability, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Manage financial performance through data-driven decisions, forecasting, expense control, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute business plans that align with dealership and manufacturer objectives.
Apply Lean principles and process improvement methods to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Partner with senior leadership to drive initiatives in growth, productivity, and innovation.
Champion the Toyota brand and uphold the Dick Hannah reputation for integrity and excellence.
