About The Position

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative to support special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. The role involves managing parts issuance, processing documentation, determining serviceability of gear, and building repair-part kits and toolboxes for deploying units. The company emphasizes relationships, reputation, and trust, with a team composed of former Department of Defense or Intelligence Community members dedicated to supporting national security.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least one year of SWALIS, DPAS or a similar inventory database experience.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs).
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
  • A SECRET security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and use reports to update the SWALIS/DPAS database.
  • Processes initial request, turn-in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to Techs and SEALS.
  • Receive post-deployment turn in of all ancillary gear and determine serviceability for re-issue.
  • Builds repair-part kits and toolboxes for deploying units.
