We’re currently looking for a Parts & Accessories Counter Associate to join our growing team in St. Mary’s. Reporting to the Vice President, Golf Cars, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and delivers outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in keeping our Parts Counter running smoothly while supporting customers, inventory operations, and internal teams across the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations (equipment, automotive, or similar industry considered an asset)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with inventory systems and reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Parts Counter operations, including balancing reports, tendering, closing the Moneris machine, and maintaining bin locations
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Enter, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in the telephone queue and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage and order parts inventory as required
  • Monitor inventory levels against targets and report any variances
  • Perform regular cycle counts and validate inventory in accordance with company guidelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Inventory Control on stock and cost adjustments
  • Identify and implement solutions for obsolete or excess inventory
  • Coordinate warehouse stock transfers and customer transfers at the counter
  • Maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and sales objectives
  • Adhere to company credit guidelines and operational procedures
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
