About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our Parts team in Guam. In this role, you will support customers, service technicians, and body shop operations by providing accurate parts information, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about delivering great customer experiences we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn dealership systems
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in automotive parts sales and customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail, service, and body shop customers in selecting and ordering the correct parts
  • Answer phone calls and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide price quotes, product information, and updates on special orders and back-ordered parts
  • Pull, fill, and replenish inventory orders while monitoring stock availability
  • Coordinate with vendors and outside sources to locate unavailable parts when needed
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure accurate parts ordering and pricing
  • Participate in inventory counts, training programs, and department meetings
