About The Position

This is an entry-level position where we are willing to train a candidate with superior customer service skills. The role involves generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule. You will also conduct post-repair follow-ups, explain cost and service time requirements, and educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments. The position requires the ability to work with limited supervision, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and follow-up are essential.
