Parts Advisor
About The Position
We are seeking a qualified Parts Advisor with experience in the automotive parts and accessories business. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the automotive trade, specifically focusing on parts for Porsche. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for estimating, ordering (if necessary), and selling parts and accessories to technicians and customers. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively exchange information with customers, the service department, and management. The candidate must be able to process and follow-up on orders, prepare invoices, and continuously update their technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive parts and accessories business.
- Excellent experience in dealing with customers.
- Knowledge of the automotive trade with experience in parts focusing on Porsche.
- Proficient in using Windows-based PCs.
Responsibilities
- Estimating, ordering (if necessary), and selling parts and accessories to technicians and customers.
- Processing and following-up on orders.
- Preparing invoices.
- Continuously updating technical knowledge.
- Developing suitable and cost-effective solutions in collaboration with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Ensuring that customers, the service department, and technicians receive the correct parts on time, every time.
- Treating customers and colleagues with respect, demonstrating excellent manners and appropriate actions.
- Communicating clearly, concisely, and convincingly with others.
