Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills

  • Cashiering experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Occupy front desk area during scheduled times.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Ensure visitors are directed to the correct people.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of waiting visitors or customers.
  • Update dashboard on a daily basis.
  • Contact customers regarding PO’s for completed repairs.
  • Answer inquiries about the company.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Forward information by receiving and distributing communications (electronic or in person), collecting and mailing correspondence, copying or relaying information to the appropriate persons.
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail to the proper persons.
  • Ensure reception area is clean per guidelines.
  • Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner.
  • Collect payment from customers.
  • Treat customers fairly and honestly and demonstrate company’s commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
  • Print invoices.
  • Provide backup to reconcile credit card charges.
  • File repair orders.
  • Update customer files.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting customers.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
