We are seeking a Partnerships Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Franchisee Partnership Managers and Team Leads across the Salon Suites network. This role is responsible for driving team performance, franchise partner success, and revenue growth. With 50–75% travel, the Manager will actively engage in the field, support regional events, and help define and scale the strategy, playbooks, and processes for the Franchisee Partnerships function. This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday
