Partnerships Manager

Clearco
$140,000 - $160,000Remote

About The Position

Clearco is the capital partner that thinks like a founder. We provide fast, flexible, and founder-first funding designed to scale with momentum. With over $3 billion deployed to 10,000+ brands, our performance-driven model delivers competitive terms, capped weekly repayments, and access to capital in as little as 24 hours. There’s no dilution, no personal guarantees, and no friction. Partnerships drive how we scale. We are building a lean, high-performance engine to expand our ecosystem and open up new avenues for growth. To do this, we need more than a relationship manager; we need a high-agency operator who views partnerships as a predictable revenue engine. We are looking for a mission-driven builder who completely owns the partner lifecycle from first touch to active revenue contribution. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that offers the autonomy to build without layers of permission. The ideal candidate combines the grit required to hunt and secure new commercial terms with the operational discipline needed to build deep, repeatable ecosystem integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel alliances, or strategic business development within e-commerce or fintech.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and operating partnerships end-to-end.
  • Direct, intentional communication skills with experience managing remote workflows out in the open.
  • Analytical discipline with experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline data.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a preference for small-team environments where you manage your own output.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and recruit new e-commerce ecosystem partners aligned to Clearco’s growth strategy.
  • Run partner discovery, qualification, and prioritization across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Negotiate partner agreements, commercial terms, incentives, and joint go-to-market commitments.
  • Onboard and operationalize each partnership through enablement, structured processes, and clear launch plans.
  • Own partner relationships and drive regular performance reviews focused on targets, impact, and revenue goals.
  • Create and execute partner plans that yield measurable pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Manage smooth lead routing and feedback loops with the Account Executive team to ensure post-handoff follow-through.
  • Define and track partner KPIs, including pipeline, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Own data hygiene and pipeline forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Conduct ROI analysis on partner initiatives to optimize performance and incentives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build repeatable, friction-free partner workflows.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • A tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environment
  • Mental health support and professional development opportunities in a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparency
  • The chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission-driven organization
  • RRSP / 401K Matching
