We are hiring a Partnerships Program Manager to be an early and impactful member of PSA’s growing Partnerships team. This role focuses on the ongoing management and growth of existing grading partners, helping collectors access PSA services more seamlessly through strong relationships, operational rigor, and cross-functional execution. You’ll report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships . We believe there is significant value in in-person collaboration. Candidates within a 1-hour commute of one of our offices will be expected onsite 1–3 days/week; remote and hybrid candidates will also be considered.This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
  • A strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams simultaneously
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • An excellent communicator — equally comfortable in a partner QBR and an executive update
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
  • A self-starter and creative problem solver who thrives with ownership
  • Someone who’s comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as the situation demands
  • A quick learner who’s comfortable adopting new tools and systems - whether that's a CRM, ticketing platform, project management tool, or partner-facing tech
  • Someone who is able to independently pull, structure, and analyze data to surface insights and support decision-making

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PSA's grading partners, owning the health, satisfaction, and growth of each relationship
  • Lead day-to-day management including cross-functional issue resolution with internal teams including Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, and Tech
  • Drive program management for global partner implementations
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, and analytics to launch new programs and support ongoing initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across internal and external teams
  • Anticipate risks, communicate tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Monitor key metrics, synthesize partner feedback, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Identify process gaps and build scalable systems for program tracking and reporting
  • Communicate program goals, progress, and results to executive stakeholders
