Seated is seeking a Partnerships Operations & Account Manager to support and scale our growing network of strategic distribution partners, including companies like Bilt, Mastercard, and Rakuten. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role is equal parts partnerships, operations, and project management. You'll own the operational execution behind our partnerships program - sourcing new opportunities, managing partner launches, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and serving as the primary day-to-day contact for live partners. You'll work closely with Partnerships, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Enablement to ensure every partnership launches successfully, performs well, and continues to grow over time. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, managing multiple work streams, and serving as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams.
