The Partnerships Manager will build and scale Jump’s partner ecosystem across technology (ISV), consulting, and referral partners. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on creating partnerships from the ground up and turning them into a repeatable, scalable growth engine. You will own the full partner lifecycle—identification, outreach, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing performance management—working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants meaningful ownership over outcomes.
