The Brand, Content, and Culture (BCC) team within US Marketing strives to drive creative excellence and effectiveness to connect with our fans at the speed of culture and innovation. We do this by building high-performing, creative-forward teams across Campaigns, Social Media, Brand Partnerships, and Design. The Brand Partnerships & Experiences team is responsible for driving fandom with multi-cultural audiences through bespoke targeted initiatives. They also lead the partnership and brand experience strategy across all calendar windows. In the Manager, Partnerships & Experiences role, you will contribute to these priorities in the following ways:

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing or related field required, either in-house or at an agency
  • Proven experience developing integrated communication strategies and campaigns
  • Successful people and project leadership and management
  • Strategic brand building. Unlock creative innovation, fan truths and cultural opportunities (brief writing, creative analysis and feedback, tactical ideation, program measurement)
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration. Manage campaign complexity and work cross-functionally to problem solve. Successful and strong integrated agency management skills
  • Strategic thinking. Positively influences key stakeholders (peers and agencies)
  • Leadership and owner/operator orchestration
  • Creative excellence acumen
  • Knowledge of cultural landscape, Gen-Z and Gen-A audiences
  • Field knowledge
  • Proven ability to show up with integrity, collaborate with generosity, and make the work (and the people) better every day

Responsibilities

  • Strategy to execution lead for 1-2 audience segment platforms
  • Strategic liaison for US Brand Partnerships & Experiences
  • Owner/Operator Committee meetings manager
  • Champion of team culture across Brand, Content, and Culture and US Marketing
