This isn’t a back‑office coordination role—it's a front‑foot, commercially minded, relationship‑driven position for someone who knows how to spot opportunity, negotiate great deals, and elevate our product portfolio in every conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Growth & Acquisition The Landscape: You’ll actively recruit and onboard new brand partners across categories—Dining, Travel, Fitness, Retail, Entertainment, and more. Your Edge: You understand what makes a partnership commercially smart for both sides, and you can turn a cold lead into an enthusiastic collaborator.
  • Retention & Relationship Management You will protect and grow our existing partner base with the same energy you bring to acquisition. You’ll nurture relationships, deepen engagement, and ensure every partner sees the value of being part of the TLC ecosystem.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Deal‑Making You own the negotiation process—structuring deals that align with both our client briefs and our internal commercial strategy. You’ll balance creativity with margin discipline to bring in high‑impact partnerships that drive program performance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Influence You’re an ambassador for our Rewards Portfolio. You’ll work seamlessly with Client Success, Creative, Product, and Data to bring partner content to life in pitches, campaigns, and program builds. You’ll lead by example and support junior team members—setting the tone, pace, and standard of excellence.
  • Operational Rigor & Insight You’ll ensure partner details are accurately maintained across our systems and workflows. You’ll evaluate new product opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders. And when campaigns go live, you’ll help ensure partner delivery is flawless.
