Our Partnerships team is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our team in a role that's more than just a job; it's a prime opportunity to collaboratively build a commercial strategy with our partners. The Agency Partner Manager will own and scale Typeform’s Agency Partner Program. This role is focused on building deep, revenue-generating relationships with agencies that build solutions, services, and client offerings on top of Typeform. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and partner operations to enable agencies to drive net-new revenue, expand Typeform adoption across their client base, and position Typeform as a core part of their service stack.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or agency management roles.
  • Proven experience driving revenue through agency or services-based partners.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, digital, and professional services agency models.
  • Ability to build scalable partner programs without heavy manual oversight.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing to revenue and performance targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or developer-adjacent products.
  • Familiarity with ecosystems, integrations, or platform-led growth strategies.
  • Experience operating within a self-serve or tiered partner program.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Agency Partner Program, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing partner success.
  • Develop and manage relationships with marketing, digital, professional services, and other agencies building on top of Typeform.
  • Enable agencies to position Typeform as a core solution for their customers through services, integrations, and packaged offerings.
  • Drive net-new MRR through agency-sourced and agency-influenced deals.
  • Define and manage Quarterly MBOs (Management by Objectives) aligned to revenue, activation, and program growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, co-selling motions, and shared account strategies.
  • Work with Marketing to support co-marketing initiatives, case studies, webinars, and partner-led campaigns.
  • Continuously refine partner segmentation, tiers, and incentives to maximize impact and scalability.
  • Track, report, and forecast partner performance against KPIs.
