Partnerships Manager

Archy
•$130,000 - $150,000•Remote

About The Position

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS company modernizing dental practice management with software and AI agents. The Partnerships Manager builds relationships with companies and people who already serve dental practices and turns those relationships into a consistent source of referrals for Archy’s account executives. This is a hunting-focused role: the manager is expected to prospect and hold first conversations with prospective partners, prioritize signing new partners over maintaining existing ones when time is limited, and support partners until they begin referring practices. The manager does not close practices; referred practices are handled by the account executive responsible for that territory. The manager will learn to run an Archy product demo during the first month. By 90 days, goals include recruiting 10 partners who have each referred a practice, generating 30 partner-sourced practice demos, and launching a field-representative referral pilot. At six months, partners are expected to be generating 25 demos per month, with at least five practices signing monthly. The role requires filling one’s own calendar with first meetings; dental-industry experience is not required on day one.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, including at least 1 year recruiting new channel, referral, or reseller partners; vertical or SMB software experience is ideal.
  • Demonstrated success opening relationships with people who did not previously know you, with measurable results such as meetings booked, partners signed, or partner-sourced revenue.
  • Ability to present effectively in settings such as partner sales meetings, conference floors, and product demos.
  • Sound commercial judgment, ability to assemble deals using standard terms, and ability to recognize when to escalate.
  • Ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Ability to use AI tools to research accounts, build prospect lists, and draft outreach.
  • Coachability and ability to adapt approaches based on feedback.
  • Ability to travel for conferences, partner visits, and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to or through IT managed service providers.
  • Experience working with distributor or manufacturer field sales teams.
  • Experience running events or working with KOLs and influencers.
  • Experience running a referral or partner program in HubSpot, Referral Rock, PartnerStack, or a similar platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily for new partners, build target lists, and reach out by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person; target 15–20 partner meetings per week, including at least five with people unfamiliar with Archy.
  • Pitch the partner program, establish agreements on standard terms, and support new partners until they generate their first practice referral.
  • Own relationships with startup advisors, installers, and lenders who help dentists open practices, including meetings, co-hosted events, and referral generation.
  • Develop referral programs with supply and aligner companies so their field representatives introduce Archy during their existing visits.
  • Build Archy’s KOL program by identifying and engaging dentists, coaches, and industry voices, and connecting them with audiences at Archy and partner events.
  • Plan and host dinners, meetups, and partner events with the event marketer, working toward one event per week.
  • Maintain relationships with coaches and consultants through monthly or quarterly check-ins and educate them about Archy so they can recommend it to clients.
  • Track partners and referrals in HubSpot and Referral Rock and submit a weekly scorecard covering meetings, new partners, referred demos, and wins.
  • Represent Archy at conferences and present to partners’ sales teams; obtain leadership approval before public speaking on Archy’s behalf.
  • Learn to deliver Archy product demonstrations during the first month.
