We are looking for an independent and highly-driven individual to scale Legora’s channel partnerships, both at the pre-sales and post-sales stage. This role will be critical in building and scaling partnerships with consulting firms and other service providers that can augment Legora’s Customer Success team and ensure customers derive maximum value from Legora. This role will also be critical in leveraging channel partners to reach previously inaccessible customers and customer segments. This role will report to the Head of Partnerships at Legora.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience involving channel management and/or sales strategy
  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Attended a top business school in the US and graduated with an MBA
  • Has a clear understanding of how channel partners bring value to customers both pre-sales and post-sales
  • Has a clear understanding of change management and implementation in the tech sector
  • Strong program management with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment and pivot quickly when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Attended a top law school in the US and graduated with a JD
  • Understanding of the landscape of service providers for the legal sector, e.g. providers of AI strategy consulting, AI implementation and enablement, and change management
  • Understanding of the legal sector and the key concerns that law firms and corporate legal teams have when implementing AI solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Onboard channel partners, including support and training to ensure partner success
  • Collaborate with Legora’s GTM (sales) teams to drive sales and channel initiatives
  • Scale Legora’s channel partner network to drive channel revenue
  • Coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders (GTM, Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure all partner needs are met and their incentives are aligned with Legora
  • Identify any gaps in Legora’s partnership strategy and develop and execute solutions to address any gaps within Legora’s channel partnerships
