About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, commercially minded partnerships manager with a strong network and deep knowledge of the German-speaking market who can identify the right partners, negotiate win-win deals and launch campaigns that drive real impact. You'll own the full partnership lifecycle—from first outreach to long-term relationship management—while constantly innovating and scaling what works. At YAZIO, we're on a mission to help millions of people worldwide live healthier lives through better nutrition—and we know partnerships are key to scaling our impact. As our new Partnerships Manager, you'll build and grow strategic B2B and influencer partnerships across DACH and international markets, contributing directly to one of the company's most important growth levers. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B partnership management, with a strong understanding of the DACH market
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build authentic relationships and foster trust
  • Growth mindset: curious, ambitious and constantly looking to improve
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on and impact-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent networking skills and a natural talent for connecting with new people
  • Outgoing, proactive and confident in approaching others across channels (events, calls, email)
  • Proven negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win partnerships
  • High-energy, driven and passionate about the influencer marketing space
  • Keen interest in nutrition, fitness and health
  • Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and scale strategic B2B partnerships across the DACH region and international markets
  • Identify, approach and onboard new partners—from initial outreach to signed agreements and long-term collaboration
  • Own the entire partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, onboarding, briefing creation, approval processes and ongoing relationship management
  • Evaluate potential partners based on brand fit, audience alignment, content quality and key performance metrics
  • Develop and execute innovative partnership concepts and campaigns, with a strong focus on B2B partnerships next to revenue share partnerships with influencers
  • Analyze partnership and campaign performance, derive actionable insights and continuously optimize existing and future initiatives
  • Drive the development of scalable processes within the partnerships team, leveraging automation and workflow optimization
  • Manage all operational aspects of partnerships, including invoicing, documentation and contract management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects
  • Represent the company and network at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Occasionally support influencer events and creator activations, depending on team needs and priorities
