About The Position

Join the GoTo Foods Loyalty team as a partner-obsessed, strategic, and creative thinker. You will develop and execute the loyalty partnership strategy to support overall business objectives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from ideation and negotiation to launch, activation, and optimization — to enhance GoTo Foods’ loyalty programs, boost customer engagement, and create mutual value with partners across our portfolio of iconic brands.

Requirements

• Partner-obsessed, strategic, and creative thinking.
• Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships.
• Skills in negotiation, launch, activation, and optimization of partnerships.
• Understanding of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience working with a portfolio of brands.
