The Partnerships Manager will own the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, activating, and growing strategic partnerships. This role involves developing and executing partnership strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business value. The manager will build and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities, evaluate them through business and financial analysis, and negotiate agreements that create value for both FieldPulse and its partners. They will also develop joint go-to-market plans, lead partner onboarding and activation, establish KPIs and reporting for performance measurement, build trusted relationships with partners, and collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives. Additionally, the role requires representing FieldPulse at industry events and identifying new partnership opportunities.
