Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI and robotics teams. This is a high-intensity environment for people who want to do the defining work of their lives. We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to build and scale strategic partnerships globally. This is a high-agency, highly entrepreneurial role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and creating systems that unlock growth across the business. You will work across multiple functions, helping establish partnerships that support data capture, business operations, customer deployments, and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from zero, and is excited to leverage AI tools to scale their impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, operations, or related roles
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships from scratch
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building international partnerships across multiple markets
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow design
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Experience in startups, marketplaces, operations, or business development roles

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and establish partnerships across multiple regions and markets
  • Build relationships with organizations, businesses, and operators that can support Mecka's growth
  • Develop partnership strategies tailored to local markets and opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements from initial outreach through execution
  • Serve as the primary owner of key external relationships
  • Build partnerships that help scale Mecka's data capture and collection operations
  • Identify new channels, organizations, and businesses that can contribute to capture efforts
  • Work closely with operations teams to launch and scale new capture programs
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase throughput, quality, and geographic coverage
  • Leverage AI tools, workflows, and agents to automate and scale outreach efforts
  • Build repeatable systems for prospecting, qualification, and relationship management
  • Continuously experiment with new tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Create scalable outbound and partnership development workflows
  • Own the design and implementation of partnership and business development CRM systems
  • Build processes for tracking relationships, outreach, pipeline, and partnership performance
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into partnership activity
  • Ensure institutional knowledge is captured and maintained as relationships grow
  • Work across operations, engineering, product, and leadership teams
  • Translate partnership opportunities into executable operational plans
  • Coordinate internal resources required to launch and support new initiatives
  • Identify and resolve challenges across teams and stakeholders
