About The Position

Stan is seeking an Ambassador Partnerships Lead to build and manage a referral and content engine by leveraging their happiest customers. This role involves identifying successful customers, nurturing relationships, and converting them into advocates who share their success stories through testimonials, social content, and referrals. The position requires designing systems for consistent participation, creating incentive structures, and guiding content creation. The Ambassador Partnerships Lead will partner with Marketing to amplify growth and scale the program from manual efforts to a repeatable system or organization. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role focused on maximizing the organic customer base's contribution to Stan's growth.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building instincts
  • Deep experience in building community, partnerships, or creator ecosystems
  • First principles understand of how to build an effective incentive system / inbound machine
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end and drive outcomes
  • Strong understanding of social media and what great content looks like
  • Bias toward action and experimentation
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building ambassador, referral, or community programs
  • Background in Creator economy or consumer products
  • Clear eye and understanding for how to get people to make great content on your behalf
  • Experience with incentive-driven systems
  • Experience going from 0 → 1

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with organic customers outside structured programs (~95% of base)
  • Identify high-potential success stories (in partnership with data/ops)
  • Build deep 1:1 relationships with top Creators
  • Convert those relationships into: Testimonials, Social content, Referrals
  • Design systems that drive consistent participation (not one-off posts)
  • Build incentive structures (programming, status, access, financial, recognition)
  • Define what “great” content looks like and guide Creators toward it
  • Partner with Marketing to amplify your ambassador-driven growth
  • Scale from manual relationship-building → repeatable system / org
