The position requires designing systems for consistent participation, creating incentive structures, and guiding content creation. The Ambassador Partnerships Lead will partner with Marketing to amplify growth and scale the program from manual efforts to a repeatable system or organization. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role focused on maximizing the organic customer base's contribution to Stan's growth.
