About The Position

The Partnerships Lead sits at the center of Attain’s relationships with the leading DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic ecosystem partners. You will shape how Attain partners, integrates, and scales across the programmatic landscape, directly driving revenue growth through adoption of our outcomes solutions. You’ll lead Attain’s most strategic DSP and SSP partnerships, along with the technology and data relationships that power our outcomes suite, including purchase-based audiences for activation, optimization signals, live shopper insights, and in-flight measurement tied to real business outcomes. In close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership, you will help embed Attain into platform workflows, bidder logic, and supply path integrations, making Attain a default partner for outcome-driven activation and measurement across the open internet.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a commercially focused role in the digital advertising space, with a focus on data-driven advertising solutions
  • Experience successfully meeting / exceeding quota targets, preferably with a portfolio inclusive of leading platforms, media owners and technology providers
  • Strong customer relationship management; delivering best-in-class retention performance
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/SSP/CAPIs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Be the external face of assigned portfolio of Attain’s business across key, strategic targets; in partnership with account managers, revenue operations and leadership
  • Source, identify and generate partnership opportunities and establish best practices to foster, manage and track those opportunities
  • Pitch and acquire new business opportunities as well as present thought leadership and strong levels of business acumen in the industry
  • Lead full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement, RFP, development of agreements and launch
  • Strategize and plan long-term and short-term objectives to meet and/or exceed revenue goals
  • Be the voice and representation of Attain with external clients with all aspects and facets of the partnership, including, but not limited to, operations, technology, execution, implementation, negotiations and evaluations
  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to assigned partners by supporting performance, evaluation, metrics
