About The Position

The Cadillac Formula 1 ® Team is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support its Commercial Partnerships team. As a newly established Formula 1 ® team, the goal is to make a lasting impact within the sport by shaping its identity and sharing its vision globally. The Graphic Designer will be the creative engine for the Partnerships team, responsible for designing pitch decks, visual assets, partner-facing concepts, and activation materials to ensure the brand is represented at the highest level in all commercial interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Previous Graphic Design experience with a demonstrable portfolio.
  • Prior motorsport experience is essential.
  • Proven experience designing and producing digital and print graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CS software, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word).
  • Insightful and up to date with latest design trends and technology.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be eligible to obtain any required export control authorization as the role is subject to U.S. export control restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and commercial presentations.
  • Develop design assets for partnerships activations, signage, social extensions, and events.
  • Work with Partnerships, Brand, and Creative teams to align creative direction.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints.
  • Support concepting for new partnership opportunities and co-branded campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality design quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Design branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations.
  • Continuously contribute creative ideas to help build and shape the team's identity.
  • Working at various race weekends may be required.
