About The Position

Mastronardi Produce, a leading greenhouse vegetable company in North America, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their innovative Marketing Team at their Headquarters in Kingsville, ON. The company, family-owned for over 65 years, is known for its award-winning SUNSET® brand produce and commitment to innovation and healthy living. The Graphic Designer will provide internal creative support to all facilities and departments and will be responsible for proofing and circulating creative for approvals. Requirements

• University degree required, preferably in Creative Design, Marketing or Visual Arts.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative design, marketing communications and branding required.
• Proficient knowledge in all features of Adobe CC Suite, illustration, photography, video editing and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a team player that can work autonomously, recognizing resources and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate an idea.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in web development is beneficial but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead for internal creative to support all facilities and departments.
• Accountable for proofing and circulating creative for approvals.
• Supports consumer and packaging creative when necessary.
• Supports in-house photography needs.
• Create and assemble images and graphics adapted for media (web, mobile, print, etc).
