Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and partners simultaneously
  • Experience with or willingness to quickly learn: Salesforce, Zendesk, Tableau, Redash, and AI productivity tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day inbound case management from partner relationship managers, serving as a reliable escalation point and coordinating with internal teams to drive timely resolution of client issues end-to-end across multiple channels
  • Conduct proactive check-ins and engagement activities across a portfolio of high-touch partners
  • Own inbound demo requests, delivering clear and compelling product walkthroughs for partner-referred prospects
  • Conduct outbound Voice of Customer calls with partner-referred clients to gather feedback, surface insights, and support retention and expansion opportunities
  • Act as an extension of the partner's sales motion — supporting prospect conversations, co-selling alongside partner reps, and helping move qualified deals forward on behalf of the partner
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, CX, and Business Development teams to coordinate launches, trainings, campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives
  • Build and maintain enablement decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, sales assets, and partner-facing materials tailored to each partner's sales motion and verticals
  • Support training preparation, QBR coordination, and leadership presentations
  • Maintain trackers, documentation, and reporting; compile GTM insights and engagement
