About The Position

YuJa, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Partner Development Representative (PDR) to support the growth of YuJa’s partner ecosystem and pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective partners, generating qualified opportunities, and building strong relationships at the top of the funnel. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about B2B SaaS partnership sales, with strong communication skills and the ability to create meaningful connections that translate into business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Proven experience with cold outreach - cold calling and cold emails.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle rejection, adapt quickly, and maintain persistence in outreach efforts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting channel sales or partnership teams.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Exposure to outbound prospecting tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and target potential partners including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Execute outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate qualified partner opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on strategic fit, business potential, and alignment with YuJa’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Initiate conversations with prospective partners to introduce YuJa’s value proposition and partnership opportunities.
  • Book and coordinate discovery meetings for Partnership Managers and Senior Sales Leaders.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target partner organizations.
  • Work closely with Partnership Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Support partner recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging high-potential organizations.
  • Assist in executing co-marketing and lead-generation initiatives with partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Track key metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and feedback on partner conversations to help refine go-to-market strategies.
