This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts and donor relationships, while actively identifying and securing new revenue opportunities. The Development Officer, Growth & Partnerships balances strong relationship management with proactive business development, expanding existing partnerships and opening new doors across corporate, employee, and individual giving. This position plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth by retaining and expanding current supporters and sourcing new opportunities through both warm and cold prospect outreach.
