About The Position
We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel team in Greensboro, NC. Will be working at client's facility in Kernersville. 1st Shift, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management

Responsibilities
- Daily reports management
- Managing KPIs
- Weekly time clock and attendance management
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
- Troubleshooting associate needs
- Attending meetings with management when necessary
Benefits
- Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
- This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
